Korea2014: MilkyCow

Milkycow is an icecream store in Korea. You can have a lot of options for icecream toppings but one thing made them really popular is their Milky Cube.
Milky Cube - a chunk of  honey cube straight from the beehive served with on top of your icecream!

The honey cubes...

And the icecream

You might have noticed that its quite tiny, for almost 5,000 Kwon its a bit pricey for its tiny serving, but the thing is its worth it once you get to taste it, the honey is very rich and it taste so good with your icecream.

Its really something different, I do hope they open in Cebu ;)

Sunday Specials

So I decided to cook last sunday, it wasn't something special or anything hard and it only involved 3 main ingredients:

Chinese Sausage

Asparagus

Mushroom ( you can use 2 kinds or more)

I only used one kind of mushroom, I really have no idea what it is called but I have seen this kind of mushroom around groceries, I was supposed to used another kind of mushroom called enoki but it was unavailable in the grocery.
I think this mushroom is called tea tree mushroom (I'm really not 100% sure whats it called but this is how it looks)

Then chinese sausage

And asparagus.

All I did was stir fry.

1st the chinese sausage

Followed by the asparagus and after a couple of minutes add the mushrooms.

You can add salt to taste. But the chinese sausage can actually give taste to the dish already so its really up to you.

And tadaaaaaa!!!!

Given how frustrated I am in cooking this  actually came out pretty damn good! Yihaaaaa!
