BITES by Ecila can do better

I don't know if you guys have tried BITES by Ecila; I ate there for merienda, I was pretty hungry since I wasn't able to eat breakfast nor lunch, so we decided to eat there since we stumble upon it while passing I.T Park. 

It said CASH ONLY, so I am guessing they are still new since they don't accept credit card payments. 

Each of us (Booby and I) decided to get their Wagyu Burger with BLT (285php)

Verdict:

Presentation: Good 3/5

Taste: 

-Bread: was heavier than expected (we decided not to eat the top part)

- Wagyu: it was quite juicy and thick, bt it was kind of BLAND (so there is room for improvement)

 -Bacon: TOO SALTY

We found the burger too salty, We dont know if it was the bacon alone which was quite salty or the already salty bacon plus  cheese which by nature can be salty. Maybe there was an error in cooking it, but I never tasted burger this salty till now. I couldnt taste the wagyu at all. 

Good thing the chips weren't salty.

We paid 700php total thats for 2 wagyu burgers, sprite and calamansi juice. 

Overall, I dont think I'll be going back unless they improve, I am sure they still have much room for improvement since they're still new. 

If your asking how salty my burger was, well I'm in george now eating a big fat cake to take the saltiness away. 

And that's what I ate today, hopefully you can have a better experience when you dine there.
